We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Stage Decoration Specialist to join our team in Mavelikara. The Stage Decoration Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing stage decorations for various events, including weddings, receptions, parties, cultural programs, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, themes, color schemes, and decoration preferences for the stage. Conceptualize and design stage decoration concepts, taking into account event themes, venue specifications, budget constraints, and client preferences. Select appropriate decorative elements, materials, props, and accessories for stage decoration, ensuring they align with the event theme and enhance the overall ambiance. Coordinate with event planners, venue managers, and other vendors to assess stage dimensions, layout, and logistics for installation and setup. Create sketches, mood boards, or digital renderings to present stage decoration concepts to clients for approval and feedback. Source and procure decorative materials, fabrics, lighting, backdrops, drapery, furniture, and other staging elements from suppliers and vendors. Set up and install stage decorations at event venues, ensuring proper placement, alignment, and coordination with other decor elements and event features. Oversee the assembly and installation of stage structures, backdrops, arches, platforms, and props, ensuring they are stable, secure, and visually appealing. Coordinate with lighting technicians, sound engineers, and AV specialists to integrate lighting effects, audiovisual elements, and special effects into stage decorations. Supervise stage decoration teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of decoration tasks.
