We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thrissur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals in designated territories. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to secure sales appointments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and secure new business. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support field sales activities and lead generation efforts. Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional networks, build brand awareness, and generate new leads. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in field sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales deals effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive towards sales targets. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks in the sales process. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
