We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in Thrissur. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their sales targets and performance goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in assigned territories or market segments. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the inside sales team, monitoring performance metrics and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Identify sales opportunities and potential leads through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support inside sales efforts and generate leads. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities through CRM software, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sales strategies and tactics. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the inside sales team to provide guidance, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred) Proven experience (X years) working in inside sales, with a successful track record of leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets and sales goals. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and generating reports. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales strategies and overcome challenges in a competitive market.
