Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred) Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar role, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
