As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Field Sales Executives. Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and commercial areas in assigned territories to promote and sell company products or services, including [list specific products or services]. Identify and approach potential customers, build rapport, and deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing personalized service and support, addressing their inquiries or concerns, and upselling additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities. Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities for future sales growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry developments, providing valuable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing agreements within established company policies and guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales managers, marketing specialists, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and fulfillment of customer orders. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or other sales tracking systems, preparing regular reports and updates for management review. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing, as well as industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, attending training sessions and workshops as required. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, showcasing products or services, networking with potential clients, and promoting brand awareness and visibility in the market. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2C sales roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers, build relationships, and influence buying decisions effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections, overcome resistance, and close sales deals in a competitive market environment. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a drive to succeed, able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently. Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing, as well as CRM software or sales automation tools. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel within assigned territories. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
