We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential customers in assigned territories through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and progress through the sales funnel, using CRM software and sales reports. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to prospects, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services, and addressing customer needs and concerns. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, including setting sales quotas, forecasting sales volumes, and prioritizing sales activities. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and conducting face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers, addressing objections, overcoming obstacles, and securing commitments to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and fulfillment, and provide post-sales support to customers as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and product enhancements, attending training sessions, workshops, and sales meetings as needed to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts, and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to sales management. Uphold company values, policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number of years] years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
