We are hiring a skilled and proactive Male Hotel Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our property in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building facilities, mechanical systems, and guest rooms remain in perfect working condition. Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning trade. Proven experience working as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial complex.
