The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic, flavor-rich North Indian dishes, curries, and breads that consistently delight our diners. Proven experience working as a North Indian Cook or Tandoor Chef in a busy hotel or restaurant. Expertise in authentic North Indian spice combinations, tandoor operations, and bulk cooking techniques.
